"吉大论坛打开帖子的速度极慢" is probably related to that you're in different country. I am here have no problem.
吉大论坛and红墙论坛 use the same ISP, and the performance should be roughly the same.
Try to clean up your browser caching first, see if that gives your a performance boost.
