Hi everyone,
Sorry, can’t “speak” Chinese right now. Wish everyone will have a good time tonight, eat well, play well and drink well. Here is one my own creation of Mexican food recipe for sea food lovers and hope to help you guys to have fun. It is a seafood cocktail or las brisas del mar.
Chop one large tomato and 1/8 onion separately into 1cm cubes, mince a few pieces of Chinese parsley, mix them all together in a large bowl with a little white pepper and salt until it (the salsa) taste good.
Use a spoon to scoop one ripe avocado into chops on top of the salsa.
Put two cup of water into a frying pan, cook till it is boiling, then put one cup seafood mix (you can make your own mix by choosing a few peeled uncooked shrimp, a few mussels and clams plus some cuttlefish etc.) into the pan till it fully cooked (but don’t over cook it). If you have raw shrimp in the mix make sure put them into the pan last because shrimp are easily overcooked.
Pour the seafood soup into the bowl and mix all the content with ketchup, tapatio hot sauce (or some other brand) and some lemon or lime juice until it tastes good to you.
It should taste fresh, rich, sour, sweet and most of all spicy/hot.
Enjoy!
