Even mad guy as Dick, he started every physics endeavour with phenomena, data, facts, and puzzles (live problems rather than Stoic issues). He wasn't a guy sitting in his office and fancying something he thought that must be interesting. He has strong logic and advocates that physics is lively stuff!!!
