race is a sensitive topic, and should be avoided if possible.
however, for the amount of money Hillary's campaign showered
on the consultants, I would expect at least a worthy attack
point other than feeble "empty rhetoric" or "plagiarism (of
one sentence)".
if she bets her dream on incompetent people, I don't think
she could/would get competent ones when she is in the office.
The fact that Hillary has been franatically reviled by people
of all stripes and most likely without a sound reason (Fish
wrote an editorial analyzing such phenomenon recently on
NYTimes, comparing it to anti-Semitism.), Obama may be the
only chance for the Democrats.
I have every respect for Hillary. Indeed, my support for her
only ceased as of yesterday. she has endured so much harasses,
gender prejudice, belittlements and ridicules that are nothing
more than personal attacks, and she still perserves, fighting
for herself. I wish when my daughter grows up, her personality
could be as strong as that of Hillary.
however the litany of gross mistakes her compaign has managed
to continue to this day has sapped away my enthusiasm for her.
I am not even close to believing in Obama. actually, I don't
even like to hear him speak. withdrawing my support for
Hillary doesn't translate into supporting Obama, unless McCain
is about to win.
all my support is moral support anyway, since I can't vote. :-(
