I checked that they are growable in zones 3-9, but I have never seen them in
stores, so I guess they are not that suitable here. Our place is hot and
dry during the summer months, and I always have trouble growing shade loving
plants. I have mostly shrubs around the house. My favorite flowering shrubs are
"knock out" roses. They bloom from April to November, and are almost care free.
