1. Start->Run: type "pbrush", and open your picture there.
2. Select the part that you want and press ctrl+c.
3. Click File->New, click "No" (not save", and press ctrl-v.
4. File->save as, type a name, "OK".
5. resubmit your picture and do the link here.
