I can't tell if Sakura has answered your question, just in case this is
helpful:
1. Click that fx (function input), you'll prompted with a "paste function" dialog
box.
2. Click in left column "statistical", then scroll in the right window to find
"NORMDIST".
3. I guess to have something like a package one would need to record some MACROs.
For this kind of things I use MathCAD. Good luck.
