It has pretty good after sale service. But another way to interpret this could
be that their products require more after sale care,:-) depending on your point of view. I owned a 'Inspiron' and now am using a 'Latitude' at work. I think
they're all about the same for most of the personal usage. If you really want to do your homework, you may want to look up for some recent reviews in PC magzine etc. Good luck.
