This is YuQing Wang. I am planing to take a PE exam next year. But I found that I have to know at least three persons holding PE licenses to be qualified for the exam. It is strange, right? Anyway, they require three PEs' signatures for the application for the exam! Because I am here quite new, I know nobody who is a PE.
