You know what? I was going to tell the same thing last night (more accurately this morning) but it was too late. When seven or eight girls in the same dorm, their cycles are getting closer and closer. Maybe it has something to with food or maybe it has something to do with smell (body odor can stimulate neurons through receptors to change hormonal levels). Bottom line is cycle can be influenced by many factors. But emotion and mood play an important role, eg. the infertile couple cannot get pregnant no matter how hare they try, but they have their own children after adopting kids. The reason is their abnormal hormonal levels, caused by anxiety, get back normal whey they relax. The best example is Chen Chong (the famous movie star many years ago).
