Hi All,
It is about the reunion time. Let's get prepared!
Based on Yaodong's list, there will be at lest 25
families showing up. For the people who have decided
to go please distribute your hotel's information,
including address, room number and phone number, to us
and everyone as soon as possible. For those who have a
cell phone, please let us know your number. We need
cell phones to keep us together at Lake George.
From the schedule below, you may feel that the
dinner time on Friday is pretty late. We had hard time
to find out a restaurant that could host a large group
of people in the region since the July 4th weekend
will be the busiest period for all restaurants over
there. Therefore, they have to arrange our party after
the regular dinner time to ensure enough spaces.

Tentative schedule for the reunion
July 4, Thursday
check in between 1:00pm and 9:00pm call, talk, or meet
with your old buddies. collect suggestions about activities
for next two days.
July 5, Friday
self-activities for family and small groups during the day.
meet at the restaurant, http://www.menumart.com/chinatown/index.htm,
from 5:30pm to 8:00pm and take photos for all participants.
8:00pm -- Diner together for all, take photos, talk about next
reunion, draft something for 50th anniversary of the department.
July 6, Saturday
possible activities based on suggestions from alumni, otherwise all
day small group activities
July 7, Sunday
