Automatic control belongs to EE according to my understanding. Industry Engineering means Process Engineering, for example, food manufacture engineering, pulping process and paper making engineering, etc. I don't think EE or IE would make a major difference as far as your bachelor degree is Eng. instead of Science.(like Chemistry, etc.) The most important part would be your EXPERIENCE.
