A Brahmin son is requested to perform a religious ritual at another family of the villege, but he is suffereing from very bad diarrhea therefore couldn't really enjoy the after-service meal, so he's trying to excuse himself. His orthodox father, maybe thinking of the second portion of the food a Brahmin is entitled to put aside and carry away, offered his fatherly advice. "Son, you should go.... think about it, if you die out of this you'll be reborn anyway, but the food offered will not."
