The one I bought last year is Canon Powershot S200 with 2.0 mega Pixels and a 80MM CF card. It is very small and light. So far it has worked really well. The picture quality is quite good. It was more expensive when I bought it in Japan but now I believe you can buy it around $240. There are probally newer versions from Canon now that have higher resolution (3-4 MegaPixels)but cost more (around $400).
