say bush is not a politician. Politicians usually solve problems, achieve goals and maximize their groups' benefits by talking, discussing, negotiating, etc, not by extrem measures. They generally agree, -- I agree too --- s.h. should be removed, but definitely not the way we are seeing now.
My understanding is, american intellectuals basically do not like the war. Apparently they will not stand up and against the war either.
