My paper was published in International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences in 1992. The
paper was submitted to The Annals of Probability for
publication and it was rejected. Nine years later,
two mathematicians (one from the Uppsala University in
Sweden and the other from Romania) published same results
in The Annals of Probability and my paper is not cited
in their paper.
