I hope you are having an enjoyable and productive summer!
I have carefully read your joint paper "XXXXXX" in the Annals of Probability 2000, Vol. 28, XXXXX. I am considering the possibility of
preparing a joint paper with you on this topic if you are interested.
In 1989, Professors W and R and I submitted a paper titled "XXXXXXXXXX"
to the Annals of Probability and it was rejected by them. We then resubmitted it to Probability Theory and Related Fields for publication and it was again rejected. Finally, it was published in International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences 1992, Vol. 15, XXXXXX.
In that paper, we corrected two mistakes appearing in the literature
which were made by other authors. One of them was made by D (Ann. Math.
Stats, 1968, Vol. 39, XXXXXX) and the other by GA (LNM 1021, 1982, XXXXX). In my paper with Professors W and R, those errors were corrected and ten main results were presented. As you can easily see, our Theorem 2.8 is more or less your Theorem 1, and our Theorem 2.10 is exactly your Remark 1.3. We (meaning both of you and I) may consider preparing a joint paper to improve your Theorem 1 under the conditions given in Theorem 2.8 of L-W-R (1992).
