Hello. I have been very busy lately so I haven't visited here much.
My advice for you is to eat one apple a day. Then you can keep the doctor away.
Sha misses you very much but misses Xiang even more. She has been eating regularly, which means to her one meal per day. I think she is doing OK. She can not eat too much or too fast. We are conscious about her weight.
