It is my point:
God (or Law) is fixed, predefined, cannot be changed!
The system is designed, not changeable.
We can image a system like this: A good deed will get a positive number, a bad deed will get a negative number for example.
But, there is no dynamic communication between human and God in the sense that human action is in the law but not CHANGE (influence God to modify) the law!
As in physics, human action may change the parameters, but not changing the formula.
Are we agree with each other on the above?
If yes, then
So, does one believe or not there is such system (God as creator) make any difference? Can pray or praise to God make any difference?
If yes, then God is less perfect in the sense he put a factor to favor the one treats him well, and punish the one who does not praise him.
In this case, God acted just like what human will do: return favors.
