Thanks for the very informative reply. Now I really regret that I throw it away. I didn't realize a simple test can make so many things happen. Sounds like a good thing to try. I will check with his school to see if it is too late.
Agree with what you said about skipping grades. I don't think it is a big deal either way, as long as the kid likes it.
