Thank you for your comments. I am from greater SF bay area. All the wildlife refuges I mentioned are close to the bay area. The south part of Central Valley does not have waterfowl refuge in this magnitude. The large wetland there has been long gone due to excessive water usage by the farming activity through past century.
Today, I have a few meetings to attend. I'll work on a detailed direction plus some viewing tips tomorrow. So, stay tuned!
